He has led complex projects valued up to $800 million, overseeing large, multi‑disciplinary teams, and brings deep expertise in strategic operations, commercial and contract management, safety leadership, and organisational transformation. Widely recognised for his collaborative, alliance‑focused leadership style, Tony excels at uniting owners, partners, and supply chains into high‑performing delivery teams. Prior to joining KMJV, he was Chief Operating Officer at MPC Kinetic, responsible for national infrastructure delivery and long‑term growth, and has held senior board and industry leadership roles.

Brian has been in the construction industry since 1997 and has filled roles as Project Manager and Director. In his current roles, Brian also provides leadership over project administrative processes.

Mark is responsible for all commercial activities within KMJV. His role includes pre and post contract negotiation, project controls, estimating, contract administration and risk management.

Mark brings a key focus in team development including integrated models with clients and designers whilst developing win-win commercial strategies.
Prior to joining KMJV, Mark was the Commercial Director for the Murphy UK Water business and before that gained experience in the commercial and operational delivery of numerous key infrastructure projects both in the UK and Internationally, utilising multiple contract forms and delivery models.

Specialising in progressive, collaborative contracting models, Liam has led large, multi-disciplinary teams including Murphy, our clients, our joint venture and alliance partners, and members of our supply chain.
