Meet our senior leadership team

Rob currently heads up all KMJV Major Project works for our Infrastructure portfolio. Prior to this, Rob was Managing Director of the Murphy UK Water Business and previously the Murphy Project Director responsible for the delivery of HS2 Enabling Works Contract (North) through the Laing O’Rourke-Murphy Joint Venture (LMJV) in the UK.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Rob has delivered multiple complex major infrastructure projects in the UK and is bringing this experience to the Greater Toronto Area to expand the Murphy presence in Canada and bring global innovation to the delivery of major Infrastructure projects.

Rob is a goal-oriented team leader, committed to collaborative behavioral H&S and Murphy's ‘Never Harm’ cultural development programme. 

Bill Kelly has been responsible for some of Kenaidan's largest and most demanding projects. His combined practical field experience and management expertise enable him to handle all aspects of project management. Bill has been with Kenaidan since 1989 and is a member of  Kenaidan's executive management team. For seven years, he directed our office in New York, and in 2006, he relocated to Vancouver to manage our Western Canada office. 

As the Vice President of Preconstruction, Brian Jorge and his team develops project budgets, targets, and risk management. As a member of the Executive Team, Brian provides input and support for corporate-wide strategic initiatives and leadership issues. Brian has been in the construction industry since 1997 and has filled roles as Project Manager and Director. In his current roles, Brian also provides leadership over project administrative processes.

Mark is responsible for all commercial activities within KMJV. His role includes pre and post contract negotiation, project controls, estimating, contract administration and risk management. 

Mark brings a key focus in team development including integrated models with clients and designers whilst developing win-win commercial strategies.  

Prior to joining KMJV, Mark was the Commercial Director for the Murphy UK Water business and before that gained experience in the commercial and operational delivery of numerous key infrastructure projects both in the UK and Internationally, utilising multiple contract forms and delivery models. 

Paul is a senior leader within the Transportation Sector, having been responsible for the set up and delivery of over $4bn of major projects. Specialising in collaborative contracts, he has mature relationships throughout the sector and an ability to manage, lead and influence at all levels of site operations through to executive leadership teams. He has been instrumental in the forming of lasting joint venture and alliance relationships and is known for his level-headed approach and professionalism.

Liam is responsible for all proposals within KMJV. His role includes managing the submission of all Prequalification, Expression of Interest, Proposals in accordance with client requirements. He is an experienced Pre-Contract and Bid Director with over 10 years covering the successful award of $multi-billion projects.

Specialising in progressive, collaborative contracting models, Liam has led large, multi-disciplinary teams including Murphy, our clients, our joint venture and alliance partners, and members of our supply chain. Liam has led projects through the very initial inception phases to gain political backing and initial financing, all the way through to award and implementation.
